Signed-in users can use Report Issue from any dashboard page (bottom-right). Include what you were doing and your vehicle if relevant.

Subscription management

Manage or cancel your DriveProof subscription anytime from Settings → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. For refund requests, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Account deletion

Delete your account anytime from Settings → Delete Account in the DriveProof app. This is permanent and removes your trips and vehicles from production.

Response time

We aim to reply within two business days during the beta. Urgent outages are monitored via our production health checks.
